The Lasipalatsi Media Centre is right in the heart of Helsinki, Finland.

It is housed in a wonderful 1930s functionalist building which was buil for the Olympic in Helsinki (which were held eventually in 1952). In the late 1990s the building was restored to its former glory. The building has a new life as a lively media centre.
